SINGAPORE DELIVERY POLICY

1. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞

• Our delivery time frame depends on the SG delivery slot availability. Do check with Sales Admin before placing the order.

• If items are ready stock, we can deliver as soon as possible
• For pre order items, it will take 1-3 weeks depending on your item.Once all the items are ready then admin will contact you to arrange delivery.

 

2. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬

• Delivery charges are as shown in the above picture.
• For more than single address delivery, extra charges will be imposed.
• If order items cannot be fitted in Lift, extra charges of SGD15/level. Max 10 level only.

 

3. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞

• Our delivery schedule varies depending on availability. We will contact you to schedule a delivery time once your order is ready to be delivered.

 

4. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

• Our team will deliver and assemble all the items.
• Extra charges will be imposed for Wall TV Cabinet installation.

 

5. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐩𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲

• It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture upon delivery to ensure it is in good condition. If there are any damages or defects, please contact us immediately.

 

6. 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

• Return or exchange service depends on the item purchased.
• If received item is damaged, customer need to provide us pictures and videos of the item for further action
• Extra delivery charges will be charged for certain cases
• Custom made or specially ordered items might not be eligible for returns or exchanges
